It’s perfect for family reunions, sporting groups (golf, fishing), book clubs, yoga or craft groups, or simply a fun get-together.

The entire property is accessible for people of all abilities. There’s a ramp to the front entrance, and one bathroom is custom-designed for wheelchair access, fitted with rails and supports. A shower chair, stool, or commode over the toilet seat is available on request.

Well-behaved pets are welcome, with a fee of $50 per pet per stay.

Historic Queenscliffe is just a 5-minute drive away, and Point Lonsdale is only 2 minutes by car or a scenic 25-minute walk along the beach. From Queenscliffe, you can take a ferry across Port Phillip Bay to Sorrento for a day’s sightseeing—keep an eye out for dolphins playing in the waves.

For a unique experience, ride the Bellarine Railway, one of Australia’s oldest heritage railways. Operating from Queenscliffe, it offers heritage train rides every Sunday and more frequently during school holidays. Special events include Thomas the Tank Engine days for children, the Blues Train for jazz lovers, and fine dining on the Q Train
